The shipping and & handling charge for the areas within U.S. is included. For the areas outside of U.S. actual shipping and handling charges from the U.S. will be applied. Intellectual Rights:
All templates and the contents within are the property of CdCardX and they can not be copied, resold, or distributed.  With your purchase of our special offer the Template is licensed for the use of our CD products and the template must be removed from the computer after 30 days from the date of purchase.  After this template is placed in the CD it must be remained in the CD and can not be duplicated or resold.
We retains all rights and title to all content designed and produced by us for client’s uses on the CD-Rom and optical media.  We reserves the right to use all content for promotional purposes without written consent from the client.  The client may distribute content created by us in any way as long as it remains on the CD-Rom or CD Card produced by us.  Written consent by us must be received before the content is distributed in any other way.

Indemnification:
For all matters submitted to us for printing, duplication, replication, copying and/or distribution, customer agrees to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify CdCardX and its directors, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, liability, and/or actions, and expense (including attorney’s and other expenses of litigation) resulting from (i) defects, deficiencies, imperfections and/or unintended data in the materials supplied by customer to CdCardX and/or (ii) the contents being unlawful and/or infringing on any patent, copyright, trade name, service mark, proprietary right, intellectual property rights or any other personal or proprietary right of another or others, and/or (iii) the contents being unlawful to import, distribute, use or own in the receiving country/location.

Order Cancellation:
In case the demand for this special is greater than we can supply, CdCardX reserve the right to cancel an order and refund.  Other than that, All sales are final.  No cancellation and no refund are allowed with this special offer.

Technical Support:
Templates are made for easy customization and all instructions are in the template itself.  No technical support is provided with this special.  Please view the sample template before the purchase.

Shipping and delivery schedule:
CdCardX is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.  The shipping and handling charges with these specials do not include any shipping insurance.  CdCardX will ship the CD Card products within 2 weeks after the date of the finalized template is received.  Our average or anticipated delivery time is estimates and not guaranteed.  Deadline restriction is not applicable with this special offer.
