CDs are produced by cutting 120mm CDs. We can cut
any shapes as long as your design reserves inner core ring
area for your content record. 10mm diameter of inner
ring can hold about 50mb of memory. Our
minimum quantity for shape CDs is 1000 without setup charge. Minimum
quantity of CD Credit Card is 50,000.
Average custom cutting or milling charge is about 20 cents per
CD. With us you don't need to place your design on a
template. We have a CAD program does that for us much
better than manual placement. Please contact us with your final custom shape
