Replication is the
recording process similar to the process of old record album
production. Your digital CD Card content is etched on a
special master glass. This process called glass
mastering is the process of using a laser and photochemical
processes to physically etch glass. This master glass is
then used as stamper in a projection mold which
physically press a CD-Rom. This is an entirely different
process from CD-R duplication, which use changes in colors of
light sensitive inks to record your content. CdCardX provides
replication process for the quantity over 1000 CD Cards
and for quantity less than 1000 we use duplication process.
CdCardx provides the Replication or duplication service
independent from our CD Card content service.
Frequently we witness problematic
and primitive CD Cards. Some of them, nothing happens
when they are loaded in CD-Rom tray, some stall computer, some
have broken hyper links, and some popup windows' error
messages. Most of these problems caused by primitive and
problematic CD Card contents, not by CD Card itself nor
replication process. For instance Web site can be
converted to CD Card content but if you are not familiar with
the conversion the hyper links can be all broken, dynamic html
or java can cause windows' error messages, and nothing will
happen when the CD Card is loaded. Yet it can run
perfectly fine on your computer though. We've also seen
poorly programmed CD Card contents that slow down the computer
to run its own animated presentation.
CdCardX can provide
replication or duplication service without any of our
content services. However you must be sure about what
you're doing and please submit only the finalized content
that's free of errors. With Replication or duplication
service we do not check your contents for any errors nor
provide any suggestions or comments, and you must be
responsible for your own result. If you're not familiar
with CD Card content development process please consider
ordering our CD Card content service before you ordering
replication or duplication service along. |
