More price drop with the quantity discount on our mass production line. With this quantity we use Offset or Silkscreen printing method. Your CD content is recorded to Master Glass and then this Master Glass will be stamped on a plastic injection mold to be duplicated as CD-ROM. These CD-ROMs can be cut and milled to a specific shape.

ORDER PROCESS

STEP 1:	Get Ready
	First you need to Gather all your final files and programs that you'd like to include into your CD. Organize them in order of how you want to present. Check for any errors.
STEP 2:	Master CD or ISO file
	After the first step you need to burn a Master CD or create an ISO file to send your final CD file to us. If you have used our Design Service this step will be performed by us. ISO file is the complete image (copy) of your Master CD and it can be easily transferred through internet. Open "ISO Help" page for more info.
STEP 3:	CD Face Design Template
	CD Face Design refers to the design for CD surface printing. We provide several different CD Face Design Templates for different CD products. These templates work like a stencil to lay your design on a particular CD. To download our template please go to "CD Face Design Template" page. After the download open the template file in Photoshop and insert your CD Face Design in the layer where it's specified.
STEP 4:	Order Here
	Here, you are paying the down payment to initiate this production. On this page fill out the order form and Make your payment online. For your contact Information, please use your Paypal verified email and shipping information.
STEP 5:	Upload Files
	After you make your payment you will be directed to our Upload page where you can Upload your files. After we receive your payment and CD files, we will prepare the detail invoice for you. If you upload your files later time or use our FTP, please inform us by email.
STEP 6:	Confirmation & Payment
	After we receive your payment and CD files we will send you the invoice with your order details for your confirmation. This invoice also includes the payment instruction for any remaining balance. For the payment under $1000 you can pay online through Paypal. For the payment over $1000 we accept Western Union™ or Money Order. For the payment over $10,000 we accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), Western Union™, or Money Order. Fro the payment over $100,000 we accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) or Letter of Credit.
STEP 7:	CD Production
	Our average turnaround time for CD Production is 16 to 22 business days after we receive all your CD content files, confirmation documents, and payment for the remaining balance.

After you make your payment you will be directed to our Upload page where you can Upload your Master file and customized CD Face Design template. Please upload one ISO CD image file for your CD content and one PSD (PhotoShop) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) file for your CD Face Design. The resolution of your CD Face Design should be at least 300dpi.

Term of Service

Purchase & Sales Agreement

Specification:
What is not specified in this order form is not charged and for the Items that are not specified in this form, such as technical production specifications, background dye, color plate numbers, CD formats, CdCardX reserves the right to change or create by CdCardX’s own interpretation of the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion without prior notice to the Client.  If Buyer wants include or change the items on this form Buyer must specify the change in written form prior to the production and they are subject to extra charges.  CdCardX shall not be responsible for the work that is not specified in this agreement.

Intellectual Rights:
All contents including designs and programs developed by CdCardX are licensed for the number of CDs you purchased and they can not be copied, resold, or distributed.   After contents are placed in the CDs it must be remained in the CDs and can not be duplicated or resold.  CdCardX retains all rights and title to all content designed and produced by CdCardX for client’s uses on the CD-ROM and other CD products.  CdCardX reserves the right to use all content for promotional purposes without written consent from the client.  The client may distribute content created by CdCardX as long as it remains on the CD-Rom or other CD products produced by CdCardX.  Written consent by CdCardX must be received before the content is distributed in any other way.  Our CD products display small “Manufactured by CdCardX.com” or “Produced by CdCardX.com” registration mark on the rear side of center CD ring area for product identification purpose.

Indemnification:
For all matters submitted to CdCardX for printing, duplication, replication, copying and/or distribution, customer agrees to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify CdCardX and its directors, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, liability, and/or actions, and expense (including attorney’s and other expenses of litigation) resulting from (i) defects, deficiencies, imperfections and/or unintended data in the materials supplied by customer to CdCardX and/or (ii) the contents being unlawful and/or infringing on any patent, copyright, trade name, service mark, proprietary right, intellectual property rights or any other personal or proprietary right of another or others, and/or (iii) the contents being unlawful to import, distribute, use or own in the receiving country/location.

Artwork & Proofing:
CdCardX will not be held liable for the any unsatisfied result due to the errors, problems or omissions in the customer-provided masters.   All materials submitted to CdCardX are shall not be returned and CdCardX shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged data.  Digital color match proofs are produced from the color densities specified in your digital files.  However all computerized proofs do not indicate true color.  CdCardX will not be held responsible for color matching on 4 color CD digital, screen-printing, or offset printing if a match proof service is not ordered by the clients.  To order color match proof service please request separate service order form.  Extra fees and handling charges will apply with color mach proof service.

Test Run:
With our “Test Run” service we only check to see if the initial startup file and randomly chosen hyperlinks are active on our computer system.  This is an optional service and CdCardX only accept the Limited Liability herein for the exact amount of this Test Run service fee.  CdCardX will not be held liable for the any unsatisfied result due to the errors, problems or omissions in the customer-provided masters.

Order Cancellation and Returns:
Due to the nature of our products and services we provide, we do not allow cancellation or refund .    All sales are final.  Within 15 days from the date of this order invoice, the client must provide CdCardX all necessary documents, files, confirmations, or payments for the production; otherwise this order will be cancelled.  If client’s order was cancelled due to client’s fault of submitting necessary documents, files, or payments on time the client must pay the all service (including but not limited, client service, rush order and consultation) fees that have been performed for the project.  CdCardX limits liability to replacement or refund (at our sole options) on the services performed, providing that the product is deemed defective by reason of workmanship or material.  Replacement or refunds will only commensurate the quantity of goods returned to us at buyer’s cost.  For any defected product Buyer must provide the proof of manufacturing fault and responsible for the shipping costs to our manufacturing site where the goods shipped from.  The Quality Check of our system does not allow ship out any defected products.  Incase Buyer suspects manufacturing defects, Buyer must initial 10 (non-tempered & non-written) CD products on the label side and send to CdCardX for the inspection.  For CD-R products CdCardX will not replace the products that are failed due to user’s fault such as “faulty burner, software program errors”.  CdCardX shall pay for the replacement cost and forward shipping only if the manufacturing fault is proven.  No product shall be replaced, or credit given, more than thirty (30) days after the clients receipt of the product.

Insurances:
We strongly recommend Freight insurance to cover the damage or loss during the shipping process.  The Guaranteed Delivery service insures 50% of total price in case if we don’t deliver the products before the deadline of this project.   The cost of Freight Insurance and Guaranteed Delivery are 10% of total price each.

Limitation of Liability: 
In no event will CdCardX be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate our products.  
The Client shall hold harmless and indemnify CdCardX from all loss, damage, costs and expenses which CdCardX may suffer or sustain which results from acts or omission or any contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or any of their agents, employees or any other furnishing or performing any of the work related to this project.    
Client agrees that it shall not hold CdCardX or its agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages which arise from failure of CdCardX to perform any aspect of the Project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of CdCardX or a third party. Furthermore, CdCardX disclaims all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use.

Shipping and delivery schedule: 
CdCardX is not responsible for any damage or delay occurred during shipping.  The shipping and handling charges with this order do not include any shipping insurance.  Although we’ll make every effort to meet your deadline, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, reliance, or consequential damages result from the delays of our production.  Our average or anticipated delivery time is estimates and not guaranteed.  Our production time starts from when all final contents and payments were received.  Our Rush Order service guarantees the date of shipping.  If CdCardX fails to meet the date of shipping for the Rush Order Service, CdCardX shall accept limited liability and remedy by refunding the Rush Order fee.

Taxes:
The total price does not include any taxes.  Buyer is responsible for any taxes that may apply, such as import, export or sales taxes.

Litigation:
Any disputes arising from this contract will be litigated or arbitrated in S.L.C., Utah.  This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
