For quantity less
than 1000 we use Digital Print method due to its low setup cost. The Digital Print is very new technology and the guality of Digital Print is almost compatible to the quality of Offset or Silkscreen print. Some even say the Digital print quality is better than offset print. Eventhough the initial setup cost of Disgital Printing is less than the setup cost of Offset or Silkscreen printing, Per-Print cost of Digital Printing method is more expencive than the cost of Offset or Silkscreen print.
We also use variety of different printing methods depending on the order quantity, CD type, and production turn around time.
